- ~Let's Talk about Orbs, Light
Anomalies, and Ectoplasm~
- ORBS~
- Orbs are believed to be a manifestation of a spirit and that it is
energy that a spirit has collected. At that moment, this is how the
entity is trying to make it's presence known. Orbs are a very
controversial subject. But most people believe that dust orbs are
spirits and we don't believe that at all. I have found that spirits
are capable of moving dust and that the orbs may prove to just be
a spirit manipulating the air around us. One researcher claims
that he did not believe that spirits could move dust yet spirits are
capable of moving the air flow around us to some degree and to
move heavy objects as if it is weightless. Yet, spirits cannot move
dust? I find this theory to be astonishing actually. The only dust
orbs we have ever captured on film have been when activity had
begun while no one was near or around the cameras. Or when
someone has walked by, stirring up dust. Slight movements can
move dust in the air very easily. But if there are no know sources
for anydrafts and we have orb activity all of the sudden, we look
closer at the audio and video to determine the cause. If no cause
is foiund, we use the orb evidence as movements, Not as an actual
spirit formation. We also have noted that orbs can also be
reflections off shiny surface and are easily traced back to it's
original source by adjusting brightness on the pictures. But dust
orbs (translucent ball that floats in front of a camera) can help
you track movement of spirits as well and should be watched
closely for this purpose only.
- LIGHT ANOMALIES~
- We believe that some orbs, like the one circled in this photo in the
background, are some form of paranormal activity. These are
strange orb lights that have no known light source. The
intriguing part of light anomalies (which are orbs that have full
light like the one circled above). Their source of light is
unknown. This background picture was taken from the Senior
Home Investigation Case. It was a very chilly night. No breeze and
no clouds. No fire flies either. Yet we captured this bright fire
colored orb. We have caught many with a wide range of colors.
Mostly green, fire, red, and blue. Rarely do we catch white light
anomalies. Which is something I have found to be consistent over
the years. Even in cemeteries at night, we can catch these amazing
light anomalies in a rainbow of colors. I have taken an interest in
photography because of these light beings. Are they ghost? We
may never know. But maybe with EV caught in these areas, we can
find out and maybe have some answers to help us confirm these
anomalies. But until we have significant proof, we cannot say for
sure what they are at the point.
- ECTOPLASM~
- Ectoplasm is believed to be the manifestation of a full body
apparition. The stage before you would actually see a
recognizable form. These beings look like a fog or a mist that
could easily be mistaken for smoke. Most of the research
community that I know do not smoke during investigations and if
they do have crew members that smoke, it's usually set up in a
controlled area and never out in the areas we are working.
These captures are rare and far between. We have captured
several but over a period of years. This year alone, we have
captured 6. And it is very surprising to me to have caught that
many in one year. But spirits have taken form from these
ectoplasm mist and we have actually received a ton of very nice
ectoplasm pictures. Ectoplasm needs to be further researched. I
believe that once we can figure out what is in a ectoplasm
(chemical make-up) that in time, we may be able to make a device
that will help us see spirits using these devices. We could only
hope to have air sampling equipment to do these measurements. We
are currently looking in the market for a device that might be
able to further this research as well.
